Honeywell, a global company constantly supplying solutions for macroproblems of the world, says its customers are clamoring for wireless solutions and the company is ready to deliver. Designers are looking for systems that are reliable, low-maintenance, financially viable, easy-to-use, rugged, and, perhaps most importantly, secure.
It’s a pretty tall order, but considering all the applications, which include hard-to-wire machinery, rotating or traveling equipment, remote locations with long distance cables, and hazardous or environmentally unfriendly locations, it’s an extremely important one. This means places that require long cable length or retrofitting.
A wireless system means a simpler—potentially safer—installation, quick diagnosis of issues, cloud applications, and reduced hours and parts. Most importantly, it could greatly help the bottom line of any company and looks to be a growing across a lot of different verticals.
