Humphrey 410 Series Pneumatic solenoid valve

Pneumatic components manufacturer Humphrey Products (www.humphrey-products.com) has introduced its 410 Series Electric (Solenoid) Valves that feature a balanced poppet design, making them ideally suited for high-flow and low-power applications.

A versatile, robust component for any pneumatic application, the 410 Series valve is rated for inert gas and air from vacuum at 28-inches Hg to 125 psig.

With 0.14 Cv, the direct-acting single solenoid valves also feature 1/8 pipe ports and are available in three-way or four-way models. Its short-stroke balanced poppet design eliminates the need for lubrication while allowing for rapid cycling.

Available in a range of DC and AC voltages, the continuous duty coil of the valves has a power consumption of 4.5 Watts and comes with flying leads. Aside from the standard push, non-locking manual override, the 410 valves also comes with an optional built-in flow controls to save weight, space and additional cost of external flow controls. Other options include plug-in DIN connectors, conduit connectors and locking override.

Used for Engineered Solutions and standard applications, the compact 410 Series Valves also offer several mounting options, which include body mounting holes, mounting bracket, inline or one piece manifold on the 410M.

The S410 Series Valves can also be stacked from one station to multiple stations together with the company’s 310 and 410 valves.

With the M410 Series as a stacking manifold mount, the M410 Series valves can be mounted on a solid SM Manifold or as a series of stackable valves with end plates.
