igubal JEM interchangeable spherical balls operate completely maintenance-free inside a variety of applications, including agricultural machinery and conveyor systems. They’re also self-lubricating, highly durable, and resistant to dirt and corrosion.
One important advantage of maintenance-free igubal spherical bearings is that rapid, rotary movements of a mounted shaft take place directly in the spherical portion, made from iglidur materials. The benefit of this plastic/steel plain bearing arrangement is that high speeds are possible even in dry operation. Taking the radial loads into account, maximum surface speeds of up to 0.5 m/s rotating can be attained. In contrast, angular movements of the spherical bearings take place at the spherical outer diameter of the spherical ball. The maintenance-free igubal bearing elements also permit linear movements of the shaft.
