JWWINCO-zinc-die-castJ.W. Winco, Inc., a supplier of standard industrial machine components, announced it now offers GN 303 (with Steel Components) and GN 303.1 (with Stainless Steel Components) Zinc Die Cast Adjustable Levers with Push Button, Threaded Stud Type.

The adjustable hand levers with push button, which are RoHS compliant, have proven to be ideal wherever parts have to be clamped in a confined space or in a particular lever position. The insert is connected to the lever via serrations that can easily be disengaged. Pulling the lever upwards disengages the serrations, allowing it to be swiveled to the ideal clamping position. When releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage.

Intended for applications that do not require the lever to be disassembled, the releasing button is a unique design element and allows for effortless release action. Additional modifications including plain bores, tapped threads, and special stud lengths are available upon request.

The Zinc Die Cast lever handle is offered in a variety of powder coated finishes such as black, orange, red, silver, and other colors. The push button is made of nylon plastic and in various colors including black, orange, and gray, while the screw for mounting the push button is stainless steel. All other components including the spring and the tapped or stud type inserts are made of either steel, with black oxide finish, or in stainless steel.
