Klüberplus C2 PM2 Ultra Dry is designed for the lubrication of plastic conveyor belts. This food-grade lubricant can increase packaging line efficiency by 1-5%. Its superlubricity increases line speed without risking belt stability. Its dripless dry formulation ensures that work surfaces don’t get wet and slippery. Because it accumulates less residue and has a built-in cleaning agent, it reduces the risk of bacteria growth and the need for cleaning. These hygienic benefits decrease the need for harsh cleaning agents and water.
Klüberfood NH1 74-401 is designed for incidental contact in food and pharmaceutical processing, combining the high performance and load-carrying capacity of a synthetic base oil with the versatility of an innovative urea thickener. Klüberfood NH1 74-401 is suitable for long lubrication intervals in a large variety of applications. This high-temperature grease provides a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 160°C and even up to 180°C (short term) with appropriate relubrication intervals. Applications include drive roller bearings in ovens and proofers, conveyors and motor bearings, roller bearings in packaging and labeling machines, camshafts, linear guides and with sliding movements.
Klüberoil 4 UH1 N is designed for the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears subject to high loads; bearings; spindles; and joints as well as lifting, drive and transport chains. It contributes to increased reliability in production processes and protects against scuffing, even at extremely high peak loads, vibrations and oscillations. The good wear protection of both gears and rolling bearings ensures service life, leading to lower maintenance and repair costs. Because of its excellent ageing and oxidation resistance, it offers a much longer service life than mineral and white oils. In fact, in some applications, even lifetime lubrication is possible. Good viscosity-temperature behavior supports the formation of sufficient lubricant film across a wide service temperature range, allowing a single viscosity grade to cover both low and high temperatures in many applications.
Klübersynth UH1 6 is designed for the lubrication of worm gears with steel/bronze pairings and is also used for highly loaded spur, bevel and planetary gears; rolling and plain bearings; all types of toothed couplings, especially when exposed to high temperatures; and lifting, drive and transport chains. High scuffing load capacity and excellent wear protection of gears and rolling bearings ensures component service life. This as well as excellent ageing and oxidation resistance lead to lower maintenance and repair costs, even lifetime lubrication in certain applications. The high micropitting resistance offers sufficient protection to normally susceptible gears subject to high loads. The excellent viscosity-temperature behavior supports the formation of sufficient lubricant film across a wide service temperature range, which means a single viscosity grade can cover both low and high temperatures in many applications.
Klübermatic dispensers are solutions for effective lubrication.
