Lansdale Semiconductor (Phoenix, AZ) has announced the continued availability of the ML3371 and ML3372 Low Power Narrowband FM IF (Frequency Modulation) (Intermediate Frequency) circuits originally designed and built by Motorola Semiconductor, Inc. Lansdale has single-source rights to both globally market and continue to manufacture Motorola’s line of FM IF Circuits designed for FM dual conversion communication equipment. These circuits continue supporting present customers and can be used for new designs. Features include:
- Low power operation up to 60 MHz.
- Low voltage design provides low power drain, excellent sensitivity and good image rejection in narrowband voice and data link applications.
- Integrated mixer, IF (intermediate frequency) limiter with a logarithmic response signal strength indicator, quadrature detector, active filter, and squelch trigger circuit.
