Larger 316SS air conveyors for food, pharma, and chemical

LV-Coffee-EXAIREXAIR’s new 2-1/2-in. (64mm) and 3-in. (76mm) 316 stainless steel Line Vacs are powerful in-line conveyors that transport high volumes of material through ordinary hose or tube. Designed for areas like food and pharmaceutical processing which require the benefits of 316SS including excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, performance in high or low temperatures, long service life and low maintenance. These two new sizes make it possible to convey more material over long vertical and horizontal lengths.

Commonly used to fill hoppers, move trim and waste or transfer parts, the 316SS Line Vac conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles into the throat to produce a vacuum on one end and high output flows on the other. Response is instantaneous. The material conveying rate is easily controlled with a pressure regulator. An optional bracket permits easy mounting. No moving parts or electricity assures maintenance free operation.

Nine sizes from 3/8-in. (10mm) up to 3-in. (76mm) are available that fit popular hose and tube diameters. Threaded Line Vacs are available for use with common pipe. Heavy Duty Line Vacs resist wear from abrasive materials and convey more product faster and over longer distances. Materials of construction include aluminum, 303SS and 316SS. All EXAIR Line Vacs are CE compliant, meet OSHA pressure requirements, and are ready to ship from stock.
