For over 60 years, OTTO Engineering has accomplished this by being a vertically integrated company. Our teams design, test and produce OTTO products all in one location to ensure quality in all OTTO products. This allows OTTO to have control over every aspect of the product. When it comes to customized samples for customers, OTTO’s engineers have the capability to create the sample entirely inhouse.

From the design stage, our engineers work with customers to create their ideal product. When it comes time to produce the sample, whether the product is created by OTTO’s production team or engineering via 3D printers, the engineers workclosely with our machinist to produce the best possible product. Once the sample is produced, it goes to OTTO’s test lab to verify it passes industries specific requirements, such as commercial heavy equipment or aviation and military.

OTTO overall is ISO14001 and ISO9001 certified, along with the OTTO Test lab being ISO 17025 certified. When it comes to quality and repair certifications, OTTO is AS9100, EASA Part 145 and 14 CFR 145 certified. Being able to test products in-house, it saves customers time when designing and creating their custom products.
