The flagship of innovation is the recently introduced 5-axis motion system XY2Z-Theta, an advanced motion platform for metrology applications in the semiconductor industry. The integrated design of all axes (not shown before) has the drive mechanics encompassed into one plane for very compact design, superior performance in precision and machine throughput.
