Ruland Manufacturing is the industry leading manufacturer of shaft collars and couplings for two reasons. First is the performance of Ruland products. Shaft collars and couplings are crucial components for precision and highly demanding applications. These applications require features such as balanced designs in flexible couplings, honed bores on rigid couplings, or precisely controlled face to bore perpendicularity on shaft collars. Ruland takes the time and effort to manufacture these features and more into our standard products.
The second reason is service. Sourcing components is often a frustrating experience full of uncertainty where designers cannot be sure what they are getting. Ruland has created and maintains a modern, easy-to- use website that provides as much product information as possible, including specs, dimensions, ratings, technical articles,
and free 3D CAD files. Ruland also offers traditional over-the-phone customer service as well as live chat with technical experts. Customers can order right on the Ruland website and expect to receive their parts in just a few days. Ruland maintains a high ready-to-ship inventory and offers free 2-day shipping on all domestic web orders. These industry-leading lead times have not changed throughout the pandemic – Ruland has continued to prioritize customers and service levels to keep everyone up and running.
