Series M2232U low-cog dc micromotor has an external motor-diameter of 22 mm and a length of 32 mm, with a 2.0 mm diameter motor shaft. A combination of skewed laminations and a tapered permanent magnet system generates the low-cog rotation. It can achieve a stall torque of 25.62 mNm and speeds to 10,000 rpm.
It can be combined with a gearhead, encoder, and linear actuator for a complete miniature dc drive system. Plastic and metal planetary gearheads are available in 22 mm diameters with various reduction ratios for an output torque to 600 mNm.
