The new 12V max CXT Cordless Ratchet features interchangeable 3/8” and ¼” sq. drives for fast loosening of nuts.
Makita U.S.A., Inc., a provider of cordless power tool technology, has launched a new 12V max CXT Cordless 3/8″ / 1/4″ Sq. Drive Ratchet (RW01). This cordless ratchet lets users attach or remove nuts faster, and is ideal for the automotive professionals.
The RW01 is two tools in one with interchangeable 3/8” and 1/4” anvils (which are included).
A few of the ratchet’s features include:
Speed. The CXT Cordless ratchet has variable speeds (0-800 RPM) for a wide range of fastening applications. This cordless ratchet is three times faster than the leading competitor, while providing the same torque.
Power. A powerful motor delivers 35 ft. lbs. of Max Torque, covering most applications. The 12V max CXT Cordless 3/8” / 1/4” Sq. Drive Ratchet can be used as a manual ratchet when the motor is not engaged.
Convenience. The Makita 12V max CXT Cordless Ratchet is the only cordless ratchet on the market with interchangeable anvils. This ratchet includes a 3/8” and 1/4” anvil for use with a wide variety of sockets. Users, therefore, get the functionality of two tools for the price of one.
Design. A low profile design is engineered for handling in tight spaces and overhead applications. An ergonomically designed handle has a rubberized soft grip for increased comfort and control. The ratchet weights 2.35 lbs., with battery, for reduced operator fatigue. Built-in L.E.D. light illumination and an electric brake help productivity.
In addition, with the Makita 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion Batteries, users get superior balance and ergonomics over pod-style batteries. For longer run time, 12V max CXT Cordless Products are also compatible with the 12V max CXT Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah Battery (BL1041B, sold separately).
The RW01 is available in kit and bare tool options.
