A Swiss-based manufacturer of custom microswitches and sealed position switches, Microprecision Electronics now offers a U.S. subsidiary to deliver cutting-edge products with U.S. manufacturing, distribution and tech support. Microprecision was founded in 1956 and began as a manufacturer and supplier of precision parts for the Swiss watch industry. These competencies led the company to develop microswitches, and since then Microprecision has focused on the development, manufacturing and distribution of customized switches for OEM transmission and brakes, electrical and machine tool, and numerous other applications.

Microprecision began its partnership with Wilbrecht Electronics in 2007 to deliver tailor-made products meeting international standards to a broader U.S. customer base. Now the companies ensure optimum product quality and customer service‚—as well as short lead times‚—throughout the U.S. Wilbrecht has, for half a century, provided OEM customers with customized precision passive electrical components‚—including LEDCO’s RoHS-compliant, multiple-mount LED assemblies; NASA-approved metal foil resistors; and many additional products for challenging medical, aerospace and telecommunications applications. Now Microprecision/Wilbrecht LEDCO inc. delivers these long-lasting products efficiently to a vast U.S. customer base, working hand-in-hand with companies to deliver the customized solutions required for individual application needs.
