Minnesota Rubber and Plastics’ River Falls Wisconsin facility has received certification for processing Torlon PAI, from the manufacturer of Torlon, Solvay Specialty Polymers. Torlon has one of the highest tensile strength ratings of any thermoplastic at elevated temperatures up to 275° C (525° F), and is designed for use in the most demanding applications. This new capability further expands this plant’s already broad range of materials.
