Schaumburg, IL-MISUMI USA, Inc. announced today that it will conduct Configuration Technical Seminars in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 6, 2008; in Chicago, Illinois on May 8, 2008 and in New York City from June 3-5, 2008. The Indianapolis and Chicago seminars start at 11:00am and last until 3:00pm while the New York City seminars will be held in the MISUMI hospitality suite during the ATX East trade show. These tech seminars are entitled “Designing a better machine faster with the configurable component” and are designed to help engineers overcome the time and performance pressures typically associated with custom machine builds.
The seminars feature a presentation created by MISUMI’s manager of product development, Chris Blaszczyk, who is an experienced engineer on the subject of configurable components. Misumi Mechanical Engineer Mike Melone will be in attendance to field questions from the audience after the presentation, as well. The seminars also include complimentary food and drink as well as give-away items and a Global Atomic Traveling Alarm Clock for each attendee.
