These components are used extensively in the manufacture of industrial machinery and equipment, factory automation, assembly and motion control systems.
The two new Misumi Shaft Support designs include:
Compact Bracket Type Shaft Supports (Main Part No. STHMRB8)
• Available in Standard and Guide Long Types
• Direct Mount style
• Compact design saves space
• Simple two-bolt assembly provides fast, easy installation
Thick Slit Type Shaft Support (Main Part No: SHATN10)
• Precision cast, thick T-shape support provides higher strength and rigidity than standard types. This option is a low cost alternative to machined wide supports.
• The slit is machined after the mounting hole is bored for greater precision
Both new Shaft Supports are available in a variety of diameters and can be ordered to precise specifications. The shafts are manufactured of 1045 Carbon Steel material with either a Black Oxide or Electroless Nickel Plated finish.
