New 10-Watt and 15-Watt Slim Line Power Supplies

By Kathleen Zipp | March 2, 2007

The new IDEC PS5R-SB 10W and 15W Slim Line power supplies are a cost-effective way to save panel space, measuring just 90 x 22.5 x 95 mm, half the size of a standard DIN rail.

They come in output voltages of 5V in 10W; and 12V and 24V in 15W.  A variety of mounting directions allow for flexibility on a panel.

The supplies are UL508 Listed for 100% full load operation, and they eliminate the need to oversize or derate the power supply. UL 1604 standard and Class 1 Div. 2, the supplies are ideal for hazardous locations.

The PS5R Slim Line series are fast and easy to install. IDEC power supplies can quickly snap onto a DIN rail with built-in DIN rail clips or directly mount on a panel. Fingersafe spring-up screw terminal types are shock and vibration resistant and also allow easy installation of ring lugs.
