Estone Technology’s panel PCs are some of the most powerful, simplest, and most flexible available anywhere, designed to tackle a whole range of possible applications. Now, the newly available PPC-4107 All-in-One POE Android Panel PC makes wall mounting easier than ever with simple drop-in wall mounting – we’ve even created a video to show how easy it is to install a flush-mounting panel PC on any wall with the PPC-4107.

The video can be viewed and downloaded at: http://estonetech.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/PPC-4107-Wall-Mount-Demo.wmv

Or it can be viewed and downloaded from Youtube at: https://youtu.be/q4CNFP3ZyxU

The PPC-4107 has been designed with ease of installation in mind. The frameless touchscreen has a variety of rear-facing connectors for easy hookups. Once the mount, which easily installs with screws into any appropriately sized opening, is in place in a wall or object, simply thread through the appropriate data cables, hook them to the rear of the panel, and drop it into place. The unit supports Power Over Ethernet, so there’s no need to run difficult power cables if desired – simple Ethernet hookup will support the unit. It’s even easy to remove the panel again if it needs changes or additional hookups. Simply remove the bottom locking screw, lift and slide it out of the mounting unit.

The PPC-4107 is an economical Android or Embedded Linux Panel PC solution for all types of applications. The unit is based on an NXP i.MX6 1GHz processor, and features 1 Gigabyte of onboard DDR3 RAM. I/O Ports include RS-232, RS-485 supporting CAN Bus, SPI, I2C, and up to 10 GPIOs, as well as USB 2.0, making it easy to hook up any external components or sensors.
The unit features a strong, edge to edge 3mm tempered glass front panel, and the entire front panel is IP65 compliant, so the panel can be used in any environment when properly installed. Operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C and a bright 350 NIT screen make it a great choice even for demanding applications.

Features of the PPC-4107 Include:

  • NXP i.MX6 1GHz Dual Lite or Quad Processor
  • ARM Cortex A9 Platform
  • Gigabit Ethernet, RJ45, Supports 802.3af POE Power Input
  • On-Board Wifi/BT Module – 802.11 b/g/n + BLE
  • 8GB On-Board NAND Flash Storage
  • LVDS Display Interface
  • Stereo 1W Speakers, Front or Rear
  • 7” Active Matrix TFT LCD, 1024×600  Resolution, 800 Contrast Ratio
  • Supports Android 6.0.1, Embedded Linux 3.14, or Debian 8 Linux
