St. Charles, IL – March 20, 2007- Bison Gear & Engineering announces a new, six-page brochure that details its new line of AC motors. It is custom designed for industrial and commercial duty OEM applications and includes outline drawings for three versions each of the new 34 frame (3.39 in. dia.) and 49 frame (4.91 in. dia.).
The new induction motors come in Permanent Split Capacitor, Split Phase, 3-Phase, and 3-Phase Inverter Duty, configured for optimum performance in each OEM application. The motors also come in Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV), Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled (TEFC), Open, and with a variety of mountings, including NEMA 42 C-Face. Power ranges from 1/80 to 1/4 HP (10 to 185 W).
They are UL recognized and CE marking is available on 240V/50 Hz applications with RoHS compliance. Thermal protection is available with optional automatic or manual overloads and power-off brakes may also be added.
