New Deublin configurable electrical slip rings for the packaging industry

By Lisa Eitel | July 30, 2018

Share

Deublin, a leading manufacturer of electrical slip rings, now sells SRC and SRD electrical slip rings for use in packaging machines common in the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries — as well as other consumable-goods industries.

The new SRC and SRD model slip rings offer myriad options to meet the needs of today’s packaging machine builders and operators. These new products are based on a modular, configurable design with up to 40 electrical channels that can operate at speeds to 250 rpm — for rapid product selection and shorter overall lead times.

SRC and SRD slip rings excel in modern packaging processes that demand more capability and productivity than ever from machines. These increased demands necessitate more data …

… and for that data to be reliably transmitted to and from machines faster than ever — even to 100 Mbps in some cases. Deublin’s SRC and SRD slip rings minimize brush debris to ensure data transmission integrity — and they protect against the increased amount of electromagnetic interference (EMI) present in many manufacturing environments.

Founded in 1945, Deublin is a leading global manufacturer of rotating unions, electrical slip rings, and swivel joints. With five manufacturing sites and sixteen sales locations around the globe, Deublin is well positioned to provide the customers with the products and timely support they need to keep their machines and operations running reliably and efficiently. For more information, visit the product page detailing slip rings at deublin.com.
