New Matt Chrome Covers For OKW’s Designer COM-KNOBS

OKW has added striking new matt chrome covers to its COM-KNOBS range of collet knobs for rotary potentiometers – perfect for metal or metallic-look front panels.

High quality COM-KNOBS suit a huge range of applications including measuring and control, medical and wellness devices, laboratory equipment, heating and air conditioning, communications equipment and building management systems.

New matt chrome covers are available for three of the six sizes in the COM-KNOBS range: ø 23 mm, ø 31 mm and ø 40 mm.

COM-KNOBS offer a wealth of choice because of their smart design. Covers and marking elements simply clip into place.

Covers come in a range of attractive pastel colors: red, yellow, green, blue, gray, black – and now matt chrome.

A finger recess option for fine tuning and adjustment is available for the ø 40 mm and ø 50 mm pastel covers and the new ø 40 mm matt chrome cover.

Marking elements are molded in the same pastel colors. Or the knobs can be specified without markers. Nut covers, disks, dials and stators can also be fitted.

OKW-com-knobsThe six sizes of COM-KNOBS are: ø 16 mm, ø 20 mm, ø 23 mm (boreholes 4 mm, 6 mm, 1/4”); ø 31 mm (boreholes 6 mm, 1/4”); ø 40 mm and ø 50 mm (boreholes 6 mm, 8mm).

They are molded from polyamide PA 6. The standard colors for the main bodies are volcano gray and nero black to contrast with the covers and markers.

The COM-KNOBS color scheme matches OKW’s award-winning TOP-KNOBS range – creating a uniform appearance when the two ranges are used together.

Prices for COM-KNOBS start at $2.50. Accessories include round nuts (M7 x 0.75, M10 x 0.75, 3/8” -32G), a round nut spanner and a nut cover (without line, for COM-KNOB 16).

COM-KNOBS can be specified in bespoke colors. Other customizing services include CNC machining, lacquering and digital, screen and tampo printing.
