Newcomb-spring-homepageNewcomb Spring Corp., one of North America’s largest custom spring, wire form and metal stamping manufacturers, today announced it has launched a new website. More extensive than the company’s previous website, the new site has new technical resources, integrated spring calculators and a new user interface.

“We are excited to introduce our new website, which has become a more complete tool for our customers and also updates our digital image,” said Robert Jacobson, President of the Newcomb Spring Corporation. “With a new design, more spring engineering articles, and by integrating our Springulator spring calculator tools, we have been able to streamline the user experience while providing additional support to our customers.”

In addition to a new layout, the site features an interactive, scrolling product overview on the home page, and content organization optimized for users. Extensive compression spring, extension spring and torsion spring design resources were also added to the site, providing more than 75 articles and detailed engineering information about the design and manufacture of metal components.

Newcomb Spring worked with Stifel Marcin – The B2B Advertising Agency to develop the site.

“The new Newcomb Spring site is a comprehensive resource for customers, and is also one of the most dynamic and unique websites in the metal forming industry,” noted Andrew Stifel, President of Stifel Marcin. “Our team studied how users interacted with the previous Newcomb Spring website, and set out to build a tool that provided fast access to information and easy quoting. In addition to the new home page, which allows users to interact with Newcomb Spring parts, site visitors can learn about company capabilities, check their part designs, request a quote and more – all with just a few clicks.”

“The site exemplifies what we try to do everyday at Newcomb Spring: make it easy to order the highest quality, custom manufactured springs, wire forms and stamped metal parts,” continued Jacobson. “We are excited at this new digital representation of the company and look forward to expanding it in new ways that support our customers.”

Newcomb Spring Corp. is a worldwide supplier of compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, wire forms, stampings, rings, hooks and battery contact springs. The company’s products are used in a variety of industries, including aerospace, agricultural, automotive, computer, medical, military and telecommunications. Family-owned and operated, Newcomb Spring Corp. is headquartered in Decatur, GA and offers additional facilities in California, Colorado, Connecticut, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Ontario, Canada. Newcomb Spring operates with ISO 9001 certified quality systems and delivers a wide range of material capabilities in the manufacture of metal components, specializing in reliability, rapid response times and stringent quality control.
