The three new pins (and new clevis heads) can lock machine parts together.
Three new pins for clevis heads are now available from norelem, a supplier of more than 45,000 standard parts and machine elements. The new pins include:
1. Model27621-01, with a groove for securing shafts using a lock washer for DIN 6799 shafts. Alternatively, users can apply a KL or SL retainer.
2. Model27621-02, with a groove for inserting a DIN 471 circlip.
3.Model 27621-03, which uses a cotter.
When combined with a suitable clevis and tang, each of these pins form a fully functional clevis joint. They are available in electro zinc-plated steel and bright stainless steel.
Additionally, in the clevis head area, norelem is offering new models (with item number 27624-05), which are made of steel or stainless steel with external thread.
Suitable steel counter-pieces are also available and these can be combined with DIN 71752 clevis heads and clevis joints. These products are used to create connections which have to compensate for a direction offset in one direction.
