In response to increasing industry pressure toward sustainability, the Tritium™ Multipacker boasts a low carbon footprint thanks to its use of an energy efficient heat tunnel and to less use of overall packaging material.
The multipacker is a continuous motion machine. With single, double and three lane configurations, it arranges products into compact pack patterns and wraps them in film, eliminating the need for trays and pads. It then sends the packs through its energy-efficient heat tunnel to tightly shrink the film around each multi-pack for a consistent, wrinkle-free bull’s eye and bottom seal.
The innovative Robo-Wand™ wrapping section and precise servo-driven film cutting system increase speed and reliability. Many steel chains have been replaced with timing belts that do not require lubrication and help create a quieter machine.
