No matter the product protection requirements, Caplugs offers economical solutions designed to meet exact specifications.

Caplugs carries a full line of protective hose guard for hydraulic and pneumatic hose protection. The heavy-duty Pig’s Tail spiral wrap product line is manufactured from 100% high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This material is reliable — ensuring durability and flexibility for increasing the service life of hydraulic hoses. The proprietary cutting technique allows for memory retention and creates round beveled edges for safe and easy installation. To provide hose protection for different applications and environments, spiral wrap is available in a variety of colors, sizes, and material options … including fire-retardant for extreme environments and Nightglow for easy identification in the dark.

In addition to the full line of hose guard, Caplugs offers more than 40,000 catalog parts — including protection components such as plastic caps, plugs, netting, masking solutions, containers, and tubing … as well as custom parts. To fulfill custom needs, a team of in-house design engineers work one-on-one with engineers every step of the way, from development to final production. All final products are manufactured under a stringent ISO certified quality management system for consistent, quality products.

To ensure that design engineers find the right fit the first time, free samples are available for all catalog parts. Caplugs has more than 450 million standard parts in stock and ready to ship for fast, easy ordering and delivery. Call 1-888-CAPLUGS to speak with a knowledgeable customer service representative …
