Liquid-based, BSI inclination sensors measure deviation on horizontal axis up to 360°. Use for rotary monitoring with high accuracy of 0.1°C, resolution of 0.01° and temperature drift of 0.01% /10K. These compact sensors have liquid-based measuring cells based on capacitive measuring principles. Features include robust metal housing with an IP 67 enclosure rating, and temperature range of -40°C to + 85°C. Analog output signal is scaled linearly over the angular range of 360°C at 4-20 mA.
