Precision Linear Shafts

By Design World Staff | May 26, 2007

Most precision linear shafts can be configured in 1 mm increments. Outside diameter sizes range from 3 to 50 mm and lengths from 10 to 1500 mm. They have a consistent hardening depth and a light pre-load, which minimizes clearance design between the shaft and the bushing.
