J.W. Winco, Inc. announced it now offers series WN 303 Nylon Plastic Adjustable Levers with Push Button, Tapped and Blind Bore Type, with Steel Components, available in inch and metric sizes.
Patented and made in the USA, these adjustable hand levers with push button are the result of modern industrial design. The handle is glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic with molded-in metal insert, and is available in black, orange or gray. The insert and spring are steel with a black oxide finish. The push button, also available in black, orange or gray, is nylon plastic with a screw made of stainless steel.
These RoHS compliant levers are ideal for use where parts have to be clamped in a confined space or in a particular lever position. The insert is connected to the lever via serrations that can easily be disengaged. Pulling the lever upward disengages the serrations, allowing it to be swiveled to the ideal clamping position. On releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage.
Special bores, threads, drilled and pinned studs are available upon request. For certain minimum quantities, special colors are also available upon request. A version with stainless steel components, series WN 303.1, is also offered.
