Quail Electronics introduced the IEC Auto-Lock, a solution to power source electrical connection.
The Auto-Lock is an internal retention mechanism that hooks to the pins of power supply inlets and resists axial force until the Auto-Lock mechanism is released.
With the locking mechanism on the connector side, fastening and unlocking your cord is easy. When you want to remove the cord, pull simultaneously on the red sliding tabs and the cord releases.
Auto-Lock features include:
- No hardware or screws required
- No special inlet needed
- No tools involved
- Universal fit with any C14 or C20 inlet (whether it’s Snap-in or Screw-on)
- UL, C-UL and TUV approved
