R + W High Precision Bellows Couplings

The BK1 series precision flexible couplings from R + W America will absorb all possible misalignment loads between the measurement device and other components, protecting the integrity of test results and reducing wear at the same time. They also have a low moment of inertia paired with very high torsional stiffness, and the ability to be balanced for operation to 60,000 rpm.

The BK1 offers a series of standard piloted bolt circle interfaces which can also be ordered to meet the unique specifications of the equipment they will be used to connect. They can also be ordered with a flange input and shaft clamp output, or with a spanner shaft, or with torque overload protection. Sizes are available for torque capacities ranging from 15 to 10,000 Nm (133 to 88,500 in. lbs.).
