Carol Stream, Illinois

Rogers (Booth #834) will be exhibiting its BISCO L3-A and HT-6360 silicone materials in addition to its full line of flame resistant cellular, solid and specialty silicone solutions used for vibration damping, shock absorption and sealing applications.

BISCO L3-A cellular foam material, for use in passenger railcar flooring, features low stiffness and excellent elasticity properties in addition to providing superior vibration mitigation isolation under all travel conditions. L3-A is a low weight, low flame and low smoke solution for passenger railcars, resulting in safer, quieter cabins. BISCO L3-A provides the highest level of safety protection as mandated by various European and American safety standards.

BISCO HT-6360 65 Durometer FR Performance is a solid silicone material that meets FAR 23.856 flame penetration requirements. Rogers’ HT-6000 Series are available in soft to firm grades and are characterized by their low compression set (<5%), high tear strength, resistance to fluids, and extremely tight thickness tolerances. They are used in medical and industrial appliance applications.
