ROLEC now sells new HMI and display-panel enclosures

ROLEC has launched a new range of industrial HMI/panel enclosures (IP 65) for off-the-shelf and custom-sized displays and touchscreens. They are suitable for modern machine control applications across a wide range of industries. They can accommodate a front plate or a glass panel for touch applications.

Commercially available built-in display panels can be flush-fitted directly into the front. Variants are available for B&R, Beckhoff, CRE Rösler and Siemens displays. ROLEC also offers individual HMI/panel enclosures.

The new enclosures are manufactured from extruded aluminum profiles and corner pieces for a high-quality finish. Five front installation options are available, including touch panels.

ROLEC’s new HMI/panel enclosures can be made to measure from 5.90”-31.5” (150-800 mm) for B&R, Beckhoff, CRE Rösler and Siemens displays or in bespoke sizes up to 31.5” x 31.5” (800 x 800 mm).

Options include three different door designs: a flush rear wall (fully bolted or hinged) to create a 2.75” deep housing; a 0.59” deep framed door with lock and internal hinges (total depth 3.35”) and a 2.36” deep framed door with lock and internal hinges (total depth 5.12”). Internal mountings can be fitted in the door.

Also available are finished front plates which can be drilled, stamped, engraved or printed and a black (RAL 9005) plastic (POM) handle with a stainless steel inlay which can be laser-engraved. HMI/panel enclosures can be fitted to a range of suspension arms but are ideally suited to ROLEC’s profiPLUS 50 arms.

ROLEC customizing services include CNC machining, custom colors, printing, engraving/laser engraving, RFI/EMI shielding, membrane keypads and full assembly. For more information, visit the deep link to HMI products on rolec-usa.com
