Save production time with MIDACO’s industrial vacuums

By Michelle Froese | September 3, 2020

To maintain productivity, efficiency is essential in any manufacturing facility — including for fasteners and machined components. Time spent cleaning or maintaining such machines and tools cuts into production time.

Review MIDACO’s various products and industrial vacuum systems here.

In fact, the average time needed for an operator to empty, clean, and reintegrate the coolant inside a machining center is about four hours. Using a proper industrial vacuum can cut that time in half.

MIDACO’s Industrial Vacuum Systems are designed to meet the extraction and recovery needs for coolant, oils, and emulsions with efficient filtration of chips through a separator basket of micro-perforated carbon steel (a 150 Micron PPL filter is also provided for very fine chips).

This allows for easy disposal or quick reintegration of filtered lubricants and coolants. It also means decreased CNC machine downtime, reduced maintenance, and oil replacement costs due to CNC clean up.

The benefits of a MIDACO Industrial CNC Vacuum:
 Quick CNC clean up saves money in reduced production idle time
 Save on resources appointed to cleaning
 Increase the lifetime of lubricants
 Increase operator safety and convenience
 Available in 26 gal (100L), 34 gal (130L), and 74 gal (280L) capacity

Industrial CNC Chip Vacuum features:
 Material enters chamber falling into the solids container
 Separator basket of micro-perforated carbon steel for chip filtration
 Additional 150 micron PPL filter for very fine chips
 Liquid separated from solids is drawn into the tank for easy draining or reintegration
 Sensor stops the vacuum when the tank is full

In addition to Industrial CNC Vacuums, MIDACO has other products for machine shop productivity, such as:

  • Automatic and Manual Pallet Changers for small and mid-size VMCs up to large Bridge Mill Machines
  • Automatic Multi-Pallet Changers (up to 19 pallets) for 5-Axis and Standard VMC’s
  • Trunnion Systems for 4th axis machining without cable management
  • AutoDoor Systems and Robot Access Doors for mills, lathes, and machinery with robotic applications
  • Grinder Guard/Grit-Grabber Systems for bench and pedestal grinders
