SFS Group, a supplier of precision components, mechanical fastening systems, tools, and logistics solutions, announced plans to expand its operation in Medina County, Ohio. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance during a recent Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting.
SFS plans to create 45 new positions while retaining 145 full-time jobs currently on-site.
The company has a strong competitive position in the development and production of solutions for electric brake systems for passenger vehicles and will make an investment in a new, innovative production line. The project will enhance and add to the capacity of the plant, allowing the company to supply customers globally.
