Erik Host-Steen is founder of SMP Alignment and is self-described as trilingual in sales, marketing, and engineering, giving him a unique affinity to these three groups. Mr. Host-Steen brings nearly 20 years of experience selling, marketing, and developing technical B2B products in a broad range of industries and applications including instrumentation, hardware, software, electronics, and specialty materials.
