Stafford Manufacturing Corp. introduces a new line of steel shaft collars that are surface prepared to let OEMs and contract manufacturers paint them for exact “color brand” matching.
Stafford Paintable Shaft Collars are machined from steel in one- and two-piece clamp-type styles and then phosphate coated, along with their clamp screws, to prepare them for painting. Suited for a variety of applications as actuators, stops, spacers, and for attaching components, these steel collars can be painted to precisely match “color branded” equipment.
Developed for commercial and military applications, Stafford Paintable Shaft Collars are available in sizes from 1/8” to 16” I.D. with round, square and threaded bores for attachment to structural tubing and shafts. They can also be customized with face and O.D. treatments such as holes, flats and knurls. Anodized aluminum collars in colors are also offered.
Stafford Paintable Shaft Collars are priced according to style, size, custom design requirements and quantity. Price quotations are available upon request.
