CenterLine (Windsor) Limited, a privately held corporation specializing in advanced automation processes and joining technologies, recently added a new, patented High-speed Fastener Welding System to its services.
The company has simplified and streamlined every part of the welding process — from operator load to finished part — to provide high quality and high throughput process that works in a fraction of the time of standard welding solutions.
The new Welding System’s PinPoint Solution separates operator loading from machine cycle time and simplifies part loading. It can also be configured for various different parts on the same solution and will consistently presents the parts for robot pick-up.
The SoftMount inverted nut gun, in combination with CenterLine’s Quick Fastener Placement unit, allows for rapid fastener delivery and reduces downtime. It uses VeriFast LVDT for active in-process monitoring, which offers an extremely high measurement resolution.
