Sunstone Circuits Announces On-Time Guarantee

By Patrick Curran | March 4, 2014

Sunstone Circuits has announced the launch of a real On-Time Guarantee for PCBExpress® Quickturn, PCB123® and ValueProto® orders. With this guarantee, orders placed through these services will ship from Sunstone to meet the expected delivery date, or Sunstone will refund the customer’s money, plain and simple. The Sunstone On-Time Guarantee is a first in the PCB industry, and does not have numerous restrictions and rules that would void its usability. The guarantee will provide more value and peace of mind for design engineers as they quote and order their boards on the newly redesigned and easier-to-use www.sunstone.com.

“Sunstone Circuits has a long history of an over 99% on-time delivery rate, which leads the industry,” said Sunstone’s CEO, Terry Heilman. “Every day we talk to customers who stress to us how important it is for them to receive their boards on time, when they want them, without any hassle. They’ve told us they have time-sensitive projects, with no time for errors. We’re committed to providing this level of service, and to prove it, we’re putting our money where our mouth is. With this real On-Time Guarantee, Sunstone is continuing to lead the industry by putting the design engineer in control, the way that it should be. Our customers now know that they will have their high quality PCBs in hand on time, or they are 100% free, plain and simple.”

Sunstone’s On-Time Guarantee also ensures that PCB orders will ship 100% complete or the bare board cost will be refunded 100%. When design engineers absolutely must have their PCBs on time and without any hassle, Sunstone will deliver for them – absolutely guaranteed.

The On-Time Guarantee complements a growing suite of PCB solutions from Sunstone which includes Bundled Assembly, Slots & Cutouts and Expanded Drill Sizes on PCBExpress Quickturn and PCB123, SMT Stencils with or without nano coating, and ITAR Registration, to name a few. Sunstone has also just launched a new company website, at www.sunstone.com. With all of these offerings, Sunstone Circuits is continuing to differentiate themselves as the preferred comprehensive PCB solutions provider within the marketplace.
