Maple Grove, Minnesota ‚– The CIT RELAY & SWITCH CL1200 Series provides design engineers an extremely versatile LED illuminated switch for use in a variety of applications. Offering thru-hole, right angle and surface mount terminal options, the momentary CL1200 is available with round and square cap styles, both of which are available with and without LED hole. Optional LED colors include standard colors of red, green, yellow, blue, white and orange. Super Bright colors are red, green and yellow. The option of bi-color choice makes the combinations and applications for this switch innumerable. Non-lighted configurations are also available with multiple choices of cap and frame color.
The CL1200 Series is ideal for use in computer and computer peripherals, telecommunications, security, test equipment, instrumentation, audio and medical applications. Lead-time averages 5 to 6 weeks. Volume pricing starts at $0.29, dependent upon option selections.
The CL1200 Series offers an electrical rating of 50mA at 48VDC and an electrical life of 100,000 cycles typically. With 160 gram force solid detent tactile feedback, the CL1200 Series features actuator travel of 0.25 +/- .1mm. Contact resistance is less than 50mW initially and insulation resistance is greater than 100MW initially. Dielectric strength is 500V rms minimum.
All materials in the CL1200 Series are RoHS compliant. Both the actuator and the housing are 6/6 Nylon. The cover is Poly Carbonate. With silver plated stainless steel contacts, the terminals on the CL1200 are silver plated brass.
