Enhanced fluorescence imagery
TECHSPEC® High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters are available in 26 models in cut-on wavelengths from 409nm to 850nm in both 12.5 x 17.6mm and 25.2 x 35.6mm sizes. The RoHS compliant filters feature a transmitted wavefront of λ/10 RMS, surface quality of 40-20, surface flatness (P-V) of λ/2, and an angle of incidence of 45°. Manufactured from a UV fused silica substrate, the hard-coated filters provide an average reflection of greater than 98% and a transmission of greater than 90% for high peak transmission and excellent blocking of unwanted light. Perfectly matched to common fluorophores, TECHSPEC® High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters enhance fluorescence imagery for a wide range of fluorescence imaging applications.
Rectangular models fit common fluorescence microscopes
The rectangular filters, which come standard in two sizes, are an excellent fit into most common Olympus, Nikon and Zeiss fluorescence microscopes. TECHSPEC® High Performance Fluorescence Dichroic Filters perfectly complement our TECHSPEC® Fluorescence Bandpass Filters.
