The Slipstream Series 1, ready-to-run, compact linear stages, have a 0.2 mm/300 mm accuracy and 0.1 mm repeatability, and come in travel lengths to 6 m. They have T-slots on three slides for installation and accessories.
Motor options include a NEMA 23 step, and a 100 or 200 W servo-motor with encoder. Motors can be mounted on the left or right side and a fail-safe brake is available as an option. Mounting configurations include: X, Y, and Z axes, and gantries.
Steel precision profile rails handle dynamic loads to 22.3 KN, and the 50 mm wide, steel reinforced polyurethane timing belt has a max belt strength of 1,300 N at 3,000 rpm.
The stages suit robotics, pick-and-place,assembly, packaging, sampling, testing, and other precision positioning applications.
