Thomson NEFF ball screws are rolled to an accuracy of 50 microns/300mm, with higher accuracies readily available upon request. They are available in a wide range of metric diameters, leads and nut styles. Most sizes available for delivery in 4 weeks or less, in contrast to the 3 – 6 month lead times commonly found with competitive manufacturers.

Thomson NEFF ball screw ball nuts feature three unique ball return systems to deliver precise guidance, low wear and smooth running performance. Ball nuts also come standard with profiled rubber wipers to contain lubricant and help repel fine contaminants such as dust and powders. As a result, Thomson NEFF ball screws are well suited for use in high precision applications such as woodworking, water jet cutting, electronic assembly and medical applications.
