This new 0.12-inch-thick Quadrafoam is ideal for medical, power-gen, military electronics, telecom and any other filter applications where space is at a premium, yet flame safety, dust arrestance and sufficient airflow is critical.
Thin Quadrafoam media is soft and compressible and available in 45, 60 and 80 pores-per-inch (PPI). In addition to filtration applications, it can also be bonded to interior chassis walls for insulation or circuit card stabilization purposes
A design engineer looking to evaluate a UAF air filter can access UAF’s complimentary, round-the-clock prototype service available worldwide via www.uaf.com/thin. The prototype service provides design engineers with assistance in meeting critical design, testing and evaluation deadlines for air filter media. To receive a prototype, the engineer can submit a request on the Internet or via telephone, fax or e-mail. Once the prototype is submitted, it is produced and shipped within five working days.
