GERMANTOWN, WI ‚– WAGO Corporation‚’s Custom Products Division has engineered a new line of 26-pin D-sub interface modules (product number 51013375) for motion control applications. The high-density, male interface modules have been paired with WAGO‚’s 737-109 Triple-Deck Terminal Strips to provide efficient control-level connections for electromechanical devices.

The 26-pin D-Sub interface modules offer straightforward integration with 1-to-1 pin contact for proper signal transmission and distribution. Use of the 737-109 Triple-Deck Terminal Strips enabled WAGO engineers to provide a PCB that is approximately 1/3 the width of traditional blocks. The triple stacked terminal configuration also makes determining pin-to-terminal correspondence simple.

The robust, DIN-rail mountable interface modules provide convenient wiring for conductors AWG 28-12. Utilizing CAGE CLAMP‚® Spring Pressure Connection Technology enables the D-Sub interface modules to provide fast, easy and maintenance-free wiring along with an operating temperature range of -25‚°C to 55‚°C. The D-sub interface module‚’s 737-109 front-entry terminal blocks also feature a test port for convenient troubleshooting.

The 51013375 26-pin D-sub Interface Modules are in stock and available. WAGO‚’s Product Development Division has the capability to custom engineer and manufacture components to exacting specifications. Please contact the factory for details.
