What the coolest sensor meeting the US?

No, its not happening now in the middle of the record-breaking cold “bomb cyclone.” It will occur March 2, 2018 at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).

The half-day seminar will be held at the downtown Milwaukee Intercontinental Hotel. It will feature a keynote address by sensor industry marketing expert Roger Grace of Roger Grace Associates. In addition to his presentation, “Smart Sensors in Fluid Power: A Systems -Solutions Approach,” the seminar will include presentations from several fluid power industry notables.

While providing attendees with the opportunity to meet and network with industry professionals who represent stakeholders in the fluid power industry, the seminar will also demonstrate the benefits of becoming a Fluid Power Industrial Consortium (FPIC) consortium member. The non-consortium member registration fee for the seminar is $125 which includes a light breakfast and lunch, however, registration is free for current FPIC consortium members.

As part of the Fluid Power Institute (FPI) at MSOE, FPIC provides quarterly half-day seminars with a focus on the latest technological advances that provide solutions to overcoming challenges within the fluid power industry. It debuted in 2017 and is a partnership with the National Fluid Power Association member companies and other stake-holders in the fluid power industry. Its more than 320 member companies include those that design and manufacture fluid power components and systems, system integrators, OEMs, users and other organizations.

Attendance is limited so interested parties are encouraged to register early. For more information about the seminar, click here.
