We are introducing our new Non-contact Infrared & ambient temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure to WiFi-USB-Alarm output, model LFS104B series used in Factory Automation, Industrial IoT, research labs, etc. Here are the hardware specification highlights:

  • Infrared Temperature Range: -40 to 370 °C (-40 to 700 °F)
  • Ambient Temperature Range: -15 to 85 °C (5 to 185 °F)
  • Relative Humidity Range: 0 to 100 %RH
  • Barometric Pressure Range: 300 to 1100 mbar
  • Emissivity: Adjustable from 0.1 to 1.00
  • Sampling time: 0.5 sec to 1 minute
  • Dimensions: 2.80 x 0.80 inches (71.1 x 20.3 mm)
  • Measure surface temperature of any moving object in different industries such as Steel, Paper, and Plastic.
  • Measure temperature of frozen food, produce, and fruits
  • Measure temperature of Engine blocks and tires
  • Send all the sensor data directly to Cloud for data visualization and MATLAB analysis – IoT platform ThingSpeak
  • Read sensor data from a Web browser
  • Send a tweet alert based on your sensor data from IoT platform ThingSpeak
  • WiFi Module is FCC certified
  • Two Alarm outputs
  • Firmware can be upgraded in the field
  • Connect to Computer boards such as Raspberry Pi. Sample Python program is available

Here are the PC software specification highlights:

  • Monitors & Logs infrared & ambient temperature, relative humidity, and barometric pressure via USB or WiFi connection
  • Read/Configure WiFi Module
  • Sends email and text message on alarm condition
  • Live video of the measurement event via Webcam
  • Takes a picture of the event and emails it on alarm condition
  • Verbalize a message on alarm condition
  • Software Field Calibration via USB or WiFi connection
  • Monitor & Log up to 12 USB sensors simultaneously using our free data acquisition software (LFSDAQ)
