Pneumatic components and systems manufacturer Aventics Corp. has announced the appointment of Rudi Coetzee as President, Americas for the company.
After having completed his studies in Physical Metallurgy in South Africa, Coetzee started his professional career as a Chief Research Technician at MINTEK, a leading provider of minerals processing and metallurgical engineering products, before he joined Saint Gobain Corp. There, he held various roles in sales, business development and general management in the U.S. and globally. After having worked for Saint Gobain for 16 years, he joined Active Minerals International in 2012 and took over the role as Executive Vice President.
Aventics, the former Rexroth Pneumatics, is headquartered in Laatzen, Germany and its American division is located in Lexington, Kentucky.
