The S1 has been designed for high-volume manufacturing, which allows Ashcroft to offer a high-quality transducer at a low cost with quick lead times to meet OEM needs.
This transducer features all stainless-steel thin film pressure CVD-based sensor technology for exceptional cycle life and repeatability. It also offers Ashcroft’s TruAccuracy performance, which ensures rated accuracy out of the box so it’s ready for installation with no additional calibration adjustments required. Other features include outstanding humidity resistance, IP65 and/or IP67 levels of ingress protection (depending on the electrical connection used), and the ability to operate in temperatures from -40 to 257°F (-40 to 125°C).
