The ioLogik 2542-HSPA and ioLogik 2512-HSPA cellular remote I/O modules feature High-Speed Packet Access (HSPA) 5-band cellular, in addition to Ethernet and serial ports, for reliable access to remote field devices. These modules address common connectivity issues like unstable connectivity and high data-usage fees. They offer a Dual SIM Failover that automatically switches to a secondary SIM when communications over the primary SIM fail. A-step cellular reconnection function further enhances communications reliability. Both ioLogik units have automatic tag generation and reporting for connected sensors and devices, which enables operators to monitor a large number of field devices efficiently. This feature can work in conjunction with the MX-AOPC UA Server on the cloud to further minimize network bandwidth and latency.
The ioLogik 2542-HSPA offers four channels for analog input and 12 channels for user-configurable digital input or output, whereas the ioLogik 2512-HSPA offers eight DIs, eight DI/Os and no analog inputs. Both models provide highly flexible I/O and cellular connectivity, with 5-band UTMS/HSPA communication that supports up to 5.76 Mbps upload/14.4 Mbps download, two RS-232/422/485 ports, which support Modbus RTU, and four Ethernet ports. The devices are designed for rugged industrial use and can withstand -30 to 70° C (-22 to 158° F) operating temperatures while consuming only 13 W with HSPA enabled.
