Centricity Corporation’s EZ Indexer is a high precision flexible servo indexing system designed to work directly with today’s PLC or PC Control Systems.
Unlike traditional servo indexing systems the EZ Indexer has been designed as an off-the-shelf indexing solution that offers the most popular features of servo indexing at a price that competes with mechanical indexers.
The ability to set the number of stops, direction of rotation, move time, move and dwell torque, and other features provide servo indexing flexibility previously not available at this price and level of simplicity. The EZ Indexer is a complete indexing package including the rotary chassis, servomotor with digital AC servo controller, position feedback, and i-series control software that runs in a simple to use Excel spreadsheet on a standard laptop. There is no programming experience necessary, and unlike traditional servo solutions there is no tuning is required.
The EZ Indexer is available in dozens of sizes in both center-driven and open-center styles, with many in stock for immediate delivery. The simple to install EZ Indexer can handle loads from grams to tens of thousands of pounds, with dial diameters from 8 inches to over 20 feet.
